Capabilities

Work History

Demo joined AGM in 2011, having started his career in 2008 as a graduate process engineer. He has over 6 years process design experience in the oil and gas industry, working mainly in the area of front-end engineering design and feasibility studies at the conceptual stage as a process design engineer. He has also undertaken project management roles for upstream coal seam gas compression projects in Queensland including the design of coal seam gas compression stations, gas and water gathering systems, gas transmission pipelines and water treatment projects.

Skills

As a relatively young process engineer, Demo has good technical skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Having completed a number of relief revalidation studies for various units at the Bulwer Refinery in the past three years, Demo has shown the ability to meet client schedule demands while producing high quality deliverables. He has demonstrated having a broad technical skill set by working on all aspects demanded by the Relief Revalidation studies with minimal supervision and has also shown the ability to liaise with the client and to work at a high efficiency. He has successfully managed working on both the Relief studies whilst also completing a number of small projects in the Coal Seam Gas Industry.
